forced regret. posting due to need or love, a scenario: togart contemporary art exhibition 2006. without invitation, we, as i, attended the invite only opening of this exhibition. all was free booze and boring speeches, maybe even some good pictures on the walls. have to say the stolen bottle of moët in the park outside parliament house, on the esplanade, at the war memorial, was the height of the night. what's this got to do with the beer can regatta? nothing, but the hangover that ensued until the sunday of the regatta, which continued on intil a new working week, of car detailing. yes, washing cars.)
